what's for lunch?
I am having this delicious dish from the butcher in our building- chicken & biscuits, OMGGGGGG it is heavenly, it's like the inside of a chicken pot pie, I could eat two of these 
If anyone works in Chelsea, you HAVE to check out Dicksons Meat in the Chelsea Market....it's a butcher but they have lunch specials daily, they rarely have chicken but when they do I get it since it's sooooo good!! Baby bean is very happy with today's lunch selection

Healthy Choice bacon & smokey cheddar chicken. It comes with veggies and whole grain rice.
An hour later my boss gives me his leftover chinese food. chicken low mein with some dumplings.
oops. sorry for saying dump lings

I made Potato Soup last night so I had a leftover bowl of that...
with one slice of bacon crumbled on top and some scallions...
And I may have some celery and laughing cow cheese soon for a snack cuz I ate at 11:30 and I'm getting peckish again!

My usual - PB&J with the ends cut off!  I know! I'm like a child! But I hate the ends!
A little while later I ended up having a 2nd lunch and I had some left over tortilini alfredo

i made some eggplant yesterday ~ so today I made a lighter version of eggplant parm and now eating puffs from trader joe's for snack.
