what to expect...
did anyone read what to expect before your expecting? is it help full or is it stupid crap like take a vacation , and get some sleep.

I did years ago. its interesting to read about
what is going on at different phases. And
you may read something that someone else
never told ya. Somebody always has a copy
to get rid of so if its free go for it..

I found it had lots of the same info you read about on here. If you're a long time lurker/poster you may find the info repetitive... I found "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" to be better.

ive heard that taking charge of your fertility is better to read (but i havent read either so I cant give you my personal opinion)

I think it might have been helpful back in the day when computer access was limited. Now, I feel like you can google everything in the book.
