Jello
Jello.... i cannot get enough of it!!! It seems to be the only thing I can keep down that won't upset my stomach.
The only thing is that I had GD in my first pregnancy and I am pretty sure I will have it this time around too.
I need to be careful with my sugar intake. Is sugar free jello safe?

Re: Jello
I am not sure what's in sugar-free jello, but if there are artificial sweeteners, I'd probably avoid it.

Re: Jello
i think most sugar free stuff has artificial sweeteners which my doc suggested i stay away from. he said their was nothing wrong with having food with real sugar. just in moderation.
now i want jello with some kool whip

Re: Jello
Hmm... I think they sell No sugar added jello which may not have the artificial sweetener in it - just not the sugar. But I'm not too sure about it. But for now, if it's the only thing you can keep down, I say eat it the regular way. At least it's something in you! Feel better and enjoy!!
