OMG Could you imagine???
 Very thankful that didn't happen at our lunch!!
The girl actually said - you had cheese on you burger and thats 25¢ more

I saw this and it reminded me of a story I heard one time about how a friend of a friend told my friend "well you ordered spicy mayo for your sushi and I didn't, so you should put in the extra dollar"  lol

Paying the bill always has the potential to get awkward and annoying!!! Glad we were all able to handle it like mature ladies!
Although, come to think of it, Phyllis, didn't you order seltzer, which cost more than all of our waters?!?!

I could never go out with someone like that. And if a good friend of mine all the sudden turned into that, I'd have no choice but to get separate checks and never have to think about it

I didn't go to you lunch, but I would think that if a person ordered something much more expensive than anyone else then they would just automatically offer to pay more. That's what I would do. " Hey I'm gunna throw in extra I ordered ..."

Well yea if I ordered a steak and everyone else had chicken fingers, I'd automatically offer to put more in. But generally speaking... I hate when people nickel & Dime over like $5
