Frozen foods...
Hi ladies.
Are there any frozen foods/entree's that you eat? Buying fresh food at lunch and avoiding cold cuts is becoming expensive.

I like going to trader joe's and getting their frozen items. You just gotta be careful of the sodium in it.

Sort of related, but I have been buying those Campbell's Soup at Hands and supplementing with a salad or yogurt I brought from home.
I also like the morningstar line of frozen items -- breakfast sammies, fake chicken patties, etc.

I recommend Amy's Organic frozen foods...not as much sodium and usually more fiber than typical frozen entrees. The lasagna is really good!
Can you cook stuff on the weekends and bring it to work with you during the week? If you make a stew or soup you can avoid sodium and have fresher ingredients.
