Could really use some advice.

Hi Everyone, I am really new to this so I could really use some advice on what to do at this point. DH and I decided about 2 weeks ago we were going to start TTC after feb. AF ended. I am now at CD43 (in the past year I have consistently had between a 30-35 day cycle). I don't feel any AF symptoms so I took a test and of course as expected, BFN.
is there anything I can do to try to get AF to come???

I dont know of anything to bring on AF....I have heard acupuncture could help...other than that its a waiting game

Were you taking birth control? Stopping that can definitely change your cycles. I agree with the PP that it's a waiting game. If you continue to get BFNs, and the cycle becomes much longer, you can always check with your GYN.

It can take a few months for your cycles to regulate after coming off of BCPs. If you are concerned though that your cycle is lasting too long, you should see your gyn. They can do tests to see if there is a reason for your long cycles. Good luck!

ps: I had to go on progesterone after my
D&C got bring on AF.
