Re: Prenatals DHA
no experience with what you are taking --- I take the target brand or cvs brand -- each box has 2 bottles one with DHA and one with the vitamins.

Re: Prenatals DHA
I take the GNC prenatal program. It comes w/ 3 bottles: Prenatal multivitamins, DHA, and extra calcium pills.
I would def get the ones w/ DHA

Re: Prenatals DHA
I have tried the rainbow light ones and I really liked them. I felt like they gave me a lot of energy and they were easy on my stomach. They do have a little of an after taste but I just took them with some juice and it was ok. I then switched to prescription because they worked out to be cheaper with my insurance. You can continue to take them and just find a DHA supplement to take with them. HTH
