We went for regular ""WHITE". My painter told me since it's stock it always matches. It's the perfect shade of white IMO. Bright, but not too flourescent.

we used super white and for the ceiling, ceiling white... we wanted our trim to be high gloss, so that we could wipe it down, the ceiling did not need to be high gloss...

We used just ceiling white for the ceilings and cloud white for the trim

I would not use a semi gloss for a ceiling (unless a bathroom maybe). Trim should be semigloss and ceiling in a low moisture room should be flat paint.

This is what we used to use, but more recently we've been using Decorator's White in flat for the ceiling and White in Semi-gloss for the trim (although I'm contemplating using high gloss for my fireplace because I want I to "pop" a bit more.)
