Cervical Mucus

Does anyone check this all the time?

I have no idea how to eve start checking for this and would like some help.
not to be TMI - but what do you do? when you h ave to pee, do you just stick your fingers in your lady parts and check what its like?

Do you check after you go to the bathroom? is there any one time better to check than others?

And really, how accurate is it?

I check when I use the bathroom or in the shower. I observe it just on my finger, I pinch it between thumb and forefinger, and then I wipe it on toilet paper and look.

I find it to be very accurate once you know what's "normal" for you. CM changes throughout your cycle so it can definitely help you know which phase you are in. Once I started using OPKs though I check CM less.

I see it on the TP. Sometimes I can feel it (I know TMI) and I go to check and there it is. Slippery and very stretchy egg white substance for about 2 days (mid cycle) rest of the days its just dry or normal.
