BBB vent

DH and I registered in December. We picked out a bouncy seat and swing but then found an all in 1 and decided to remove the swing and bouncy seat. We deleted the items and made sure to tell them when we got to the registry desk... They said they were no longer on the registry...

Yesterday I noticed that two of the items we deleted were back ON the registry AND bought! I called up the store to ask what was happening and apparently either the associate never deleted them or there was some sort of computer glitch which added all the original items to the registry that we deleted.
BBB said leave it all as since its already been purchased. I just feel bad now, I didn't want to have to return anything that I choose, but now there's no point in us having all 3... Both of our parents have swings and bouncy seats already.

that's annoying... but hey, at least you can return them and get the store credit! you will definitely be back there as things come up that you realize you need. no worries!

This happened to me once. I took a mobile off the registry and replaced it with something else. Someone bought the old mobile and it was put back on my registry because someone had purchased it. They must have printed out my registry before hand, went to BBB and bought the mobile without checking the registry. BBB took it back no problem though.
