Well we always have CM to some degree. t chages throughout the cycle. Usually EWCM comes right before O, sometimes during O, sometimes right after O, sometimes right before AF, sometimes right before BFP. LOL
You're basically looking for it about mid way through your cycle (If you have a typical 26-32 day cycle) which normally indicates that you are about to O.
