Those that had 6wk sono done
Those that had 6wk sono done, what were you able to see?
According to my LMP, I was 6wks 1day when I saw my doctor but since she was only able to see gestational and yolk sac, she said I'm probably 5wks, not 6wks. I'm so confused.

I had a medicated IUI cycle so we know exactly when I ovulated and when they did the IUI so at my 6 week sono they saw the yolk salk, pole and heartbeat

I saw the sac and yolk at 5w3d and the heartbeat at 6w3d. When do you go back?

Similar thing happened to me. Went in thinking I was 6.5 weeks, but all we saw was the gest sac and yolk sac. Went back a week later and saw the embryo with heartbeat and was told THEN I was 6.5 weeks, so I was a week off. I'm 21 weeks now and all is great!

With DS I went thinking I was just about 7 weeks and they saw nothing...they said i am earlier than I am saying. Got blood work done and i went in 5 days later and there was HB and it said i was 6.5 weeks.
This time i went in at exactly 6 weeks and there was a HB. I was SHOCKED.

I measured 5 days behind when I went in at 7.5 weeks. It's a little confusing!

I went last week when I thought I was over 6 weeks but it turned it out I was about 5w5d - we saw a yolk sac then. We went back this week at 6w1d and saw a heartbeat!

At 6wks 1 day we were able to see the sac, yolk and HB but the HB was VERY hard to find. She actually gave up and then decided to try again and thats when she found it (after she had me hold my breath and everything)
