American Drew furniture...can anyone tell me about it? (Pic of the set included)
As I wrote in my other thread, I've been searching for a dining room set similar to one that I was in love with and now discontinued. The new set I've found is by American Drew. I've never heard of it. Any reviews?

Very good company, solid wood pieces. We were considering it when buying our furniture. Our friend has a furniture store and he highly recommended it. We didn't buy it because it did not fit our style but if it did we would have.

I actually have that exact set, got it five, almost six years ago. I have the table, 6 chairs, and cabinet; however we got the sliding double panel cabinet because we didn't have room for the cabinet shown.
I love the set; the seats have held up wonderfully although the legs to the chairs get wobbly and have to be tightened from time to time. I love that the table has the leaf built in and extends to a nice size. The bottom of the chairs have had painted scuffed off over time, but the china cabinet is in pristine condition. Overall I am happy with the set.
I ordered from a company down south and had some delivery issues with damage, but that had nothing to do with American Drew. They were resolved eventually anyway.

I have an American Drew Bob Mackie dining table w/8 chairs (as well as a sleigh bed). I got the stuff in 2005 (I think), I've had no issues with the quality at all. It was ordered from Ohio and delivered when planned. I'm very happy with it.
