Refinance house but upsidedown
We owe more than the house is worth due to the market. Boa just had a huge settlement. This is who we have our loan with. Everytime I called I was told no to refi since we r upside down. With all this settlement stuff goin on can we now. We r always current. I just want a lower rate or 20 or 15 yr loan.

Look into a HARP loan.

yea I was loking at that but it says your original loan had to be backed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. I checked and ours is not. so I guess HARP is out.
