couple of ivf questions regarding money

so i just got off the phone with stacy from Dr.B's office and we went over everything etc

first question..i have a 200 deductible ok no prob...i am just a bit confused bc last year when they told me to pay the deductible it was only 80....and also when i ordered meds last month the pharmacy told me i had a 100 deductible so i paid that

do they go up and are deductibles diff for meds and actual procedures?

also...just bc i am curious when i go in monday i have to pay the 200 deductible and our co insurance for ivf and for immune stuff so about 4k

so we pay...say i do not respond to meds or we get no eggs there is nothing that we can do right? we lose that money before we even did a transfer?

I think there is a 200 deductible for doctors. I do not think you would lose the $4k because they bill the visits separate as long as you don't get to transfer. I think if you got to transfer and god forbid the eggs didn't fertilize or something, then I think you might be out of luck. That happened to me one cycle, but I had only paid 2k for the copay.

your deductible should only have to be paid once. ours did go up from last year and as far as I understood it... meds and prcedures are all under the same IF deductible for me.
Ill let you know when I see my bill though!
