spotting before your period question
So what do you consider spotting and what do you consider CD1. I know it's supposed to be the first day of real flow - but I have a few days of nothing making it to my underwear, but when I wipe, there's bright red blood... Sorry if it's TMI!!! But would you consider that spotting or start of period?

i might be wrong but I consider that CD1. As soon as I see red, its CD1.

If it's not enough to need a pad/tampon, it's spotting. (I get this too and harassed my doctor until he gave me a definition lol).
