waves of pain?
I'm having strange pains in my lower left abdomen. Probably just gas, but does anyone know what else could cause it? It's on an off sharp pain lower left abdomen.

OMG i had the same pain yesterday...i could barely move
Thankfully it passed...i think it was just gas 
I looked it up...it is not the appendix (thats the right side)

That would be nice! But I keep getting BFN's, so I'm pretty sure it's not that. Could still be too early, but who knows.

I hope its because there's a baby in there!!!
The only other think of is if you have cysts. I get sharp pains sometimes from them if they're rupturing

This is not too far fetched, the original reason I went on BC was due to a cyst which burst when I was 17. Haven't had one since but for the most part I was on the pill so it was controlled. I have my annual gyn appt on March 26th so I will ask about cysts then.

SO the waves of pain transformed into constant pain in my left ovary. I got AF last night right when the pain became the worst. Should I be worried or could it just be my AF being mean? I have a GYN appt March 26th, should I call and see if I need anything done before hand?

Hmm was this the first month you noticed this intense pain before AF? Can you call your doctor and mention the pain you're feeling? It would alert me if I never felt it before. Maybe just call and run what you were feeling by her. She might have you wait until your appointment next month so you can see if this occurs again next cycle. (hopefully it won't because you'll hopefully be pregnant!)
ETA could the cyst possibly hurt TTC? I would call and share your concerns with your Dr.
