I got an Eco Tools brush set on clearance from Duane Reade and the brushes are AMAZING. So soft. Their brushes get great reviews on Makeupalley. I love them.

I just bought those as well, based on recommendation right here on LIF and I love them!

I've heard really good things about the Sonia Kashuk brushes at Target. I don't really use makeup brushes though so I can't comment
