I personally think you're ok to take it in the 2ww (I've taken any over the counter drugs as needed, unless I have a BFP I'm not going to torture myself!). Feel better! and try nasal sprays, they're a huge help for me

Thanks, I googled it and it's safe. Doctors prefer you not to use it during the first trimester but since I haven't gotten a BFP, I went ahead and took one! Lets hope it works!
