I say it's true. I had the worst heartburn all through my pregnancy. I even had to ask for antacids in the delivery room and our DD was born with lots of strawberry blonde hair. She has more hair at 3 months than my niece had at 18 months old.

Yes! It was very true for me. I had it almost everyday and DS had so much dark brown hair! I have a lot of heartburn this pg too so I'm not expecting a bald baby this time either lol.

I had pretty bad heartburn with my first pregnancy and my DD was born with a full head of hair. I had NO heartburn with my DS and he was also born with a full head of hair - actually he had more hair than DD.

With DD i had the worse heartburn and she had a lot of hair, with DS no heartburn and not that much hair..so it was true for me
