Maybe a stupid question ...
If I had the ER 1/16 and they fert on 1/17 and the transfer was the 19th.. how far along am i?

4 weeks today...lol.....
you start counting a pregnancy from 4 weeks which is the day you were to expect your next period (in the perfect world a 28 day cycle)....
Wanted to add that IVF betas are usually done 14 days after ER which puts your pregnancy at 4 weeks....

Yup, so by "technicality" the day of the ER you are 2wks pregnant!   I know.. it makes no sense...
