What color storm door?
On a grey house with black shutter and red door..
Black or white...

A black door would blend in (if it's a full glass door), and/or coordinate nicely with the grey siding and black shutters). If it's white, I think it would stand out too much.
What color are your gutters?

We ended up with a white door and it looks great. The molding of the windows are white and the gutters are white also. Its mostly glass anyway so its just the borders and so it matches the windows...
