Storm door color
We're getting a new entry door and storm door. We have a red brick cape with white shutters and a white bay window in the front.
Our new door is a light oak stain. Would you get a storm door framed in white (a clear glass panel only) or would you get it stained darker?
I think the white would look nice and match the shutters/windows but might clash with with new oak door?
But then again maybe a stained storm door frame would be too dark and not break up the darkness of the red brick?
What do you think?!? Help!!!

I think white is good. Honestly i've never seen (or noticed) a storm door in any other color.

i work for a window and door company here. def go with white to match your windows.
it would look strange any other way.
another suggestion that we give people who are unsure is to drive around and look at other peoples houses with similar things you are thinking of.
we give out. rec.s on houses we have done and tell people previous customers houses (i am from a very small town so its easily done and people love showing off their new product!)
