discouraged... just a call
The dr called and said our other 3 embies didnt make it to freeze. Does that mean our chance for the 2 we put in wouldve had less of a chance?

Nope. Embies do much better in the womb than in a petrie dish.

I don't know about "chances" but I do of many woman who have had successful pregnancies via IVF without their other embryos making it to freeze. Remember, they pick the BEST ONES to transfer. GL!

I forget the number, but I think a very small percentage of IVF cycles actually lead to being able to freeze embryos.
I wouldn't get discouraged. Just focus on keeping the ones in you safe.

I agree...they are much better inside! Also,...they put the best back in so GROW embies grow!

Well from personal experience I'll say that the cycle I got pregnant with triplets, the one embie I had left to freeze never made it.

I don't think it means that at all....I had no embies make it to freeze with my son. They put the best of the best inside you

Don't be disheartened. My RE believed that embies do much better in their natural environment than in the petri dish. Our DD is the result of a 2-day transfer. Good luck.

No, not at all. I had 9 fertilized, put 2 back and lost the rest (7). I'm now 9 1/2 weeks preggo! and to add, the two they did put back, implanted, but we lost one.
