so sad

previously I had 2 mc took time off to lose weight then had ds.

I gained ALOT when I was pregnant with him. I joined weight watchers then fell off the wagon, then went off a prescription medicine which also hurt.

so last month i ttc. I swore I must have been pregnant.(last three were all on the first month) and I was so disapointed and shocked when it wasn't. Of course I thought I'd start better eating habits last month but didn't I fell prey to the holiday season of desserts in the office. So it looks like if this month of ttc(since i'm in the two week wait) doesn't work, and it probably won't cause I didn't take OPK and could be off then I'll be out til next year working on my health...

Im sorry. and I struggle with the issue of my weight too and how it will affect ttc and also my body image since Im already not thin. It will happen though. We are all here in the same boat and I think are all a great support and comfort when noone else quite gets it.

I just can't believe i gained back the 30 I lost at weight watchers. My other issue is my doctor worries about my bloos pressue and and had told me to lose a few pounds to help with that too yet I haven't done it.

I 'm so frustrated I let myself and dh down and now our plans will be way off and who knows how many months it will take then to ttc.

I"m sorry you're going through this. I'm just curious, why do you have to wait until next year? That seems like such a long time. Did your doctor advise against ttc until you reach a certain weight?

Just relax and take it one day at a time. Don't focus on being thinner, just focus on being healthy

just found out today my uncle past away at68. went to be with my aunt today. im so sad.
