what time of day do you use your OPK's? (w/ poll)
Up until now I've been using FMU with the digital OPK's...but I ordered line tests from babyhopes.com and the instructions that come w/ it say NOT to use FMU since an LH surge usually doesn't happen until later in the day (so I guess you could possibly miss it!). It recommends to limit fluid intake for 2 hours before testing and to test twice a day, between 11am-3pm or 5pm-10pm. I think I'm going to go with once a day and test at night when I come home from work...since that's when I'd  anyway! Curious when everyone else usually tests? I was going to add "other" as an option on the poll (b/c there's ALWAYS an other  but I decided to amuse myself w/ the "in my sleep" option!

Somewhere between 8 & 9am usually - NOT fmu for me, bc i get up at like 4am for work so i use fmu then for my cbefm.

i test with FMU
I use the strips (not digital) so when i see a faint line, i also test after work for those few days.

ok I think I might have to switch back to FMU! Today was the first day I tested when I got home from work instead of FMU and it was SO diluted!! the line was lighter than it was yesterday morning!! I drink so much water throughout the day I think it might not be a good idea for me to test later in the day even if your surge wouldn't normally show up til later in the day.....hopefully I don't miss my surge!
