Prenatals and question
Has anyone here become constipated from their prenatals??
I've never had this problem before, started taking the prenatals about 2 months ago and for the past few weeks have gotten very constipated.
Am I getting too much iron than my body needs, is this normal?

I used to on RX ones. Im not pregnant yet but been taking OTC prenatal and have no problems whats so ever. They are from Spring Valley 1 Dose available @ Walmart.

I'm wondering if I should switch back to my regular multivitamins till I actually get that BFP. Otherwise I'm constipating myself for nothing

I don't take prenatals. My OB just told me to take a multivitamin with 400 mg of folic acid until I get my BFP

it's the iron. it binds you up. my NP recommended taking colace with it. FYI, I hear pregnancy constipates you too!
