What do you ladies think?...
So, I know I am making myself a little nuts about this but this is my first month using OPKs. I got a smiley Monday am, pm, and Tues am (went neg tues pm). DH and I BD'd Sunday afternoon and Monday night- then he had to go on business trip.
When is the ideal time to BD as it relates to when you get a smiley on the OPK?

I dont know what the right answer is...i just wanted to say that i made myself nuts this month also using an opk for the first time 
From what I read, some people say its best to BD the day or two before you O since the sperm can live in the CM, and some also say best to bd the days after
who knew how complicated ttc could be

Once you get a + OPK the box says you will O 24-48hrs. after. It's also recommended to BD before you O because the sperm can live in the falopian tubes for 2-3 days.

I don't use the smiley opks either, but I have heard that sperm can live for up to a few days, while the egg only 12-24 hours, so it's better to  in the days leading up to O.
