Re: OHSS
I actually posted a very similar question the other day because I was so bloated and crampy even on mon night. Someone responded saying they had a mild case of OHSS and you will know if you have it. I'd mention it to your dr though so they're aware.

Re: OHSS
i had mild OHSS and they still did my transfer. it really depends on your actual symptoms. just being bloated isnt OHSS. fluid weight gain was my primary symptom. after my ER i was bloated but by my 5dt it wasnt so bad. however after my BFP i gained 9lbs of fluid in like 48 hours. that is part of whats considered OHSS. my ovaries were HUGE. they did note enlarged ovaries at my ET but I guess it wasnt enough to cancel the transfer. feel better!! def take it easy. if your ovaries are enlarged you are at risk for twisting them, which from what i hear is very painful. if you have OHSS you would need to take it very easy for a while. for me i couldnt even go to the gym at all until after 12w...
ETA - constipation can sometimes be a side effect of anesthesia so that is prob a contributing factor to your discomfort.

Re: OHSS
i also had alot of discomfort after my ER. I had so much bloating that i couldnt sit up straight for long periods of time and i also couldnt go to the bathroom!
i had an appt about 2 days after my ER to check for OHSS. I did have super huge ovaries (so big you almost couldnt tell them apart) and a very small amount of fluid in my uterus. With all of that they still did my ET...
