Is Patchouli making a come back?
I can not stand the smell of Patchouli and lately I've noticed some of my younger co-workers are bathing in the stuff.
Seriously, no Patchouli unless you're at a Phish concert or working at a head shop!

I smelled it in church a few weeks ago and nearly gagged...  So gross.
But a lot of those more herbal scents are making a comeback. I'm usually not a fan.

This comment made me laugh. I've been to a few Phish concerts, and hanging out in the lot before shows, this scent was everywhere along with burnt grilled cheese (and pot).

My coworker wears it. Or maybe she uses an herbal/patchouli shampoo... Every morning it bothers my nose.

It makes me gag!! I have a relative who smells like she showers with it. Once I asked her what perfume she was wearing and she told me and said not to steal her signature scent!

Lol!! I went to Pathmark today and which ever aisle I was in, a teenager wearing patchouli was right next to me. He was even behind me in the checkout line!

I've always thought it smelled like dirt. Like, if it hasn't rained in a few weeks and you go digging in your garden, you'd smell like patchouli. I once yelled at a stranger on the street who passed me by and had way too much on. I was drunk. And she smelled like dirt.

Definitely smells like dirt to me too! Although sometimes I kinda sorta like it a tiny bit (but not enough that I'd ever wear it myself).

You know there was a guy at an old job of mine that always smelled like DIRT!
I used to hate when he came near me- I thought he had some kind of medical condition or something- but maybe he was wearing it???
