Need a slow cooker chicken soup recipe
but I want to use chicken breast instead of a whole chicken. TIA

I always make this one... DH calls it "Italian Chicken Soup"
1 pkg boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 box frozen mixed veggies
1 vidialia onion, chopped
1 zucchini, cut up
32oz chicken broth
1 large can diced tomatoes
Italian seasoning and pepper to taste
Cut the chicken up into bite sized pieces. Put all the ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on low for 7 hours.
Serve over some kind of little pasta (mini bowties are great!)
