TTC again
After taking a couple of months off, jumping on the ttc bandwagon again. I had a hsg done and it appears that I have a fibroid and having an internal sonogram next month but dr said to continue ttc bc most fibroids are nothing but we shall see.

Welcome back... I am dealing with a very large fibroid (7.5cm) and almost had surgery to have it out. But with under a week until my surgery an RE told me I am better off to try first and not to have it right now. But what is best for you will depend on the size and the location of it.
I am a wealth of fibroid knowledge now, so if you need any advice let me know.
Limit your red meat, caffeine, alcohol and try to eat chicken without hormones. All those things will increase your estrogen which is what fibroids feed on, they also feed on fat so weight loss is key.
Also the wives tale is to eat red fruits, particularly red grapefruit, that they are supposed to reduce fibroids. While I read it in multiple health magazines (my MIL sends me anything she finds). It hasn't been confirmed by a doctor, but can't hurt.
