Just for statistics-a poll
Your cycle is...
I'm wondering if it's true (at least here on LIF) if "most women have a pretty regular 28 day cycle" cuz I think thats bull.

I can't really answer the poll. I came off bcp in September. My cycles went from 33 days to 41 to 28. So if I'm not pregnant this month, I'm curious to see if I'll stay at 28 or if it will change again.

Usually 30 days but can be 28-32 days. I put 30-33 days down for the poll.
I think the "typical" 28 day cycle really is for education purposes to learn about hormonal fluctuations.

Your poll shows majority 26-30 days... but even thats not a clockwork 28 day cycle. I think its rare to have an EXACT cycle to the day when not on bcp. Most seem to fluctuate by at least a few days.
i chose irreg 30-40 days... longest has been 37, shortest so far 30... but to me thats not REALLY irregular

Always regular 27-29 days once in a blue it's go to 31
last 3 months it's been exactly 29 days

I came off the BCP in August and since then I was pretty regular within the 26-30 day cycle but then my last period was in November, skipped December and came in January after 41 days
