do you take the pregnancy test in the morning ?

I always read that the best time is the first thing in morning, but with both my pregnancies I tested later in the evening.
I know that if your levels are high it really doesn't matter but I have also read that timing does make a difference sometimes if you test before or right after you miss your AF.

I think they say it more bc its prob the longest time span of u holding your pee... i usually test in morning but i think if its going to be positive it will be
