Re: Please recommend your REA

I work in Real Estate but In Manhasset and process all of the transcations (so I have no business interest is what I am trying to say) but we used Bryan Cronin of Coldwell Banker and he was the best agent I could ever ask for and a wonderful person too. I wrote a longer referral email on him to someone that I can share with you, if you would like. I know a lot of RE agents and by far, he is one of the very very best. and, yes he handles the area. If you would like his information, just fm me..or reply and I will fm you!

I work in N. Bellmore (and live there now) - I do most of my work the Merrick to Massapequa area, including the towns you mention. I grew up in Seaford, and my parents still live there. My sister lives in Wantagh Woods. I know the neighborhoods, schools, amenities, etc.

I preview and show a lot of houses in the towns you are looking in because many of my other customers are looking there.

I have successfully worked with several LIF'ers and have gotten positive reviews on here, and I currently am working with several LIF'ers. I am very proactive when working with buyers and make it a point to be very accessible and responsive to their questions and concerns. I view my job to be not a salesperson, but a counselor -- someone to guide the buyer through the home buying process and make it as stress-free as possible. My background is as an attorney -- I practiced law for almost 9 years before switching to real estate -- so that influences how I approach my real estate work.

Please let me know if I can help! You can FM me or contact me directly at [email protected] or (516) 587-7618.

Mary Jane McMahon Gerth at Century 21 in Wantagh.. helped us to find out house now (in seaford) and we almost bought another house she had listed in Seaford (which ended up selling over asking). She was wonderful to work with and we still keep in touch with her.
