Im not familiar w/either of those locations - but i remember going to a GTG from liw and it seemed to work to have a place where we can get a reservation since it might be a decent sized group. Im not picky about where we go, just thought id make that suggestion

Library Cafe in Farmingdale? My sister's in Levittown so I'm more familiar w/ Hempstead Turnpike than Route 110......so I'm good w/ whatever the majority decides

I agree with this. Are weekends or weeknights better for anyone? I can pretty much do either, there's just certain week nights where I work later that would be bad for me.

Weeknight vs weekend isnt an issue for me but itd be better for me if i happened to be off, bc i get stuck late ALL the time
My days off rotate - this week coming up i'm off wed thurs fri... by the end of the month ill be off thurs-sat, next month sats mostly etc
Eta - thought id throw out a bunch of dates to see if maybe any of these looked good to anyone? Dont know how soon anyone was looking for but...
Thursdays: jan 19 or 26
fridays: feb 3 or 10
Saturdays: jan 28, feb 4, 11, 18
Sundays: feb 19 or 26
mon: feb 27
Thought id start there bc im off those days but if anyone wants to throw out others go ahead!

Any of those saturdays work (as of right now) and that Monday as well.
I only work 2 nights a week and those nights are Thursday & Friday so I'm not around. And Sunday is DH only day off so we spend that day together

The 4th should be ok for me! the only thing that *might* get in the way is one of my friend's bdays is February 1st and I'm waiting on her to pick a night out....but as of right now I could make it!

Feb 4th is looking real good.
We can do a Brunch/Lunch or Early Dinner, Apps & a drink etc so it won't interfere with anyones Sat Night Plans if that works best.

Weekends are bad for me but if we pick a friday night I would be down...also depending on the weekend I brunch would be nice...

i feel like i remember a GTG being planned at some point - no idea what board it was on - and they mentioned a brunch at the 56th fighter group (not 100% sure on the name but i know it's on route 110). i could be wrong, and i have no idea how it is but yeah, i'm not sure how many places do brunch. anyone have any suggestions? lunch might work too though...
eta - obv i'm in

ohhhh 56th Fighter Group is good too...my BIL had my sister's 30th birthday there 5 years ago, it was good then, but I haven't been back since. Pretty sure it's on Route 110....

I'll find out what time they open on Saturdays and if a reservation is suggested. Then as we get closer, and have a final headcount I'll make the reservation (if needed)
