Information overload!
I guess being a nurse I've been interested in ttc and enhancing it. I've read a few preconception books and they are full of a lot more information than I ever wanted... CBEFM, OPK, BBT. CM tracking it's all so much. The NP at my OBGYN office reccommended OPKs if I wanted to take a step beyond "let's just see what happens." I think that and focusing on my health is all I'm going to do for awhile.

i havent read any books but just being on here I see how many things you can do...my head spins! I decided to also use an opk instead of just seeing hat happens and i am glad i did. I o much later than i thought...so i found it helpful in learning about my cycle. I am going to wait 2 months and then go onto temping if necessary
