Meh. Clearly I'm in the minority, but I didn't think much of the place.
When I want sushi, I want fish over rice or just plain sashimi. I don't want a roll with 8 ingredients and pay $20 for it.
I just wasn't very impressed.
I think Kotobuki in Babylon is infinitely better.

You're not alone...except I like Sakura (across the street from Kotobuki) over Kotobuki & Aji.

I thought Aji 53 was good...I've been there a few times; I like the atmosphere. But if we're just talking food, I HIGHLY recommend Hama in Plainview. The sushi is AMAZING.
As some others have said, Kotobuki is always an option. Two other good sushi spots are Bon Bori and Kashi in Huntington Village...they are right next door to one another. Hama is still my favorite though :)
