People are fukking morons...
Just wished an old friend of mine Happy New Year on facebook. Her response "you prego yet?"
I tell her no, she asks if we are trying, I say yes.
Her response...
"After sex lay with your butt up against the wall and your legs up on the wall and stay there for 20 minutes. Someone told me to do that and I got preggo with B right away. I stayed there for 30 ;) "
So there it is girls ... we have all been missing that one piece of information. Lay with your butt against the wall ... TA DAAAAA!!!!

So I wasted the last two years on fertility treatments when this is all I needed to do???  I feel like such an idiot!!
ETA: Next time she asks if you're trying, I'd be like .. "Trying?? Eew I hate babies!"

I am so sorry, and I truly understand.... some people really do have the 'sensitivity chip' missing........
Just know that its usually unintended & they speak and act like that because they live in their own bubble world.......

Great advice! Maybe if you "just relax" and use this neat little trick it will really happen. People are so dumb! I know they don't know any better because if you never had an issue you don't know what it's like but I think there are so many people with IF issues that people should be more sensitive. Its like everyone I know is going through it or knows someone who is.

If it were me, I would have been tempted to respond, "Good idea! I'm sure putting my legs against the wall will fix my chromosomal translocation!" I'm sure I wouldn't have the guts, but it is so tempting to shut people up like that!
