Cbefm and temping question
Had my temp spike today on CD 14 but only high readings since day 10 but no peak..I've been using it for quite a few months now and this as never happened ........my question is go by my temp b/c this is more accurate right?

I didn't get peak readings with cbefm last month so I'd go buy the temps. Do u track? I was playing around with cbefm this time. My np recommended digital opts so I tried it that night n sure enough  even with no peak

temp readings i dont believe are terribly accurate. Id use the opks...good luck..

Actually, temping is more accurate (as long as it's done correctly). OPKs and temping do different things. OPKs predict that O is about to happen; temping confirms it.
