what are you eating for NYE?
so what's on the menu for NYE?
This is my fav..my inlaws do all finger foods...which I love!!!!!

Were having
Filet Mignon & Lobster Tails
Scalloped potatoes
Sauteed Broccolini
Champagne
Dessert is Chocolate Cake.

MIL usually does chicken parm and sausage and peppers and then a bunch of sides- mashed potatoes, peas, carrots, biscuits, etc.
ETA: She's also doing lamb this year.

My SIL got us bunch of meat, loaded baked potatoes and chocolate lava cake from Omaha Steaks. Yum!

My family has sausage, broccoli Rabe and grapes after...all for good luck :P luckily no one will be over, we are going out after. The party will probably be all appetizers!

We have appetizers in the afternoon, and then for dinner we have shrimp cocktail, green salad, rib steaks, baked potatoes or rice, white zinfandel, and hot molten chocolate cake w/ vanilla ice cream. We watch a movie , and then watch the ball fall and go to sleep!

My family goes out somewhere different every year. We used to go to the Sizzler but it closed  Since then we've been going to a different restaurant each year.

Pizza rolls
Pigs in blankets
crackers and cheese
chips and dip
shrimp cocktail

Not sure about dinner yet. Something we normally eat. Later on when friends and family comes over:
Cheese/Pepperoni/Cracker Platter
Shrimp
Potato Chips/Pretzels-Onion Dip
Scoops-Cheese/Salsa Dip
Bread-Spinach Dip
Deviled Eggs

We just do appetizers all night. So far I think we are having:
wings
veggies and dip
pita chips and hummus
garbage bread (aka stromboli)
bruschetta on toasted italian bread
