dumb questions... timing of BD
so... we usually  at night before bed.... I was starting to think, if the egg can live as little as 12 hours, maybe we should try switching to morning instead?! Do you think it can actually make difference?
i warned you all... dumb question!!!

ehhh, i dont think so. i mean, it could but i think that BD every 24 hours more than covers your bases regardless of the time the egg drops.
we almost never BD any time other than night time. it worked the first time around. if you feel you are O'ing, get an extra session in, in the AM - can't hurt but I dont think that totally switching it up will help.
are you using OPKs?

the other thing - sperm can live up to 72 hours (ive read longer - 5 days) in optimal conditions. if you are BD every 24 hours, you should be OK even if the egg only lives 12 hours.
i have read that it is best for the female to NOT or-gasm when TTC because an or-gasm will change the pH, weakening sperm.
anything that I think will help, ill add lol

yep, I am using OPK's... I am wondering if we are not getting enough BEFORE I get my surge... since my cycles were so wacky, it was hard to do that, but this month I am pretty sure I will know before!
I feel like after 6.5 months of trying, its time to see what I can improved! haha

I've heard the complete opposite! I was told when a woman orgasms along with the man it makes the sperm go into the correct place!!!!   hmmmm.... now what?

Both times I got pregnant Dh and I BD'd twice that day and he swears that is what worked. I usually knew what day I was going to ovulate so we would BD that morning AND night

I've heard that it can help pull the sperm up through the cervix, but that it's not necessary to get pregnant.

we have been using preseed for a while and we have done the every other day thing and then every day once I get a + OPK for the last 3 months.... I definitely think we need to do more before the + now.
Have I mentioned how much I hate this process?
