Best Flavored Butter for Italian Bread?
Looking for something different for Christmas Eve than just butter for Italian Bread that I am serving.

- Salt and crushed red pepper in extra virgin olive oil for dipping.
- Roasted red pepper butter
- Olive butter

Would Garlic Bread go with your menu?
Rosemary or other infused oil would be nice. Use an Herb that is in something else on the menu.
Make a compound butter by putting fresh herbs in the food pro with the butter. Shape into a log and refrigerate.
