Totally yummy appetizer & sooooo easy!
my SIL made this at a party she had over the weekend and I plan to make it this coming weekend. Just take melba toasts or any little toasts will do and spread a layer of fig spread (you can get at any supermarket). Then sprinkle each toast with crumbled goat cheese. It looks impressive and is soooo very yummy! Jus thought I'd share with all the holiday entertaining going on.

Sounds yummy!!
I have another easy app...
Take a sesame seed bread stick and spread whipped cream cheese on it and then wrap a piece of salami around the cream cheese part.
Soo yummy!

Here's another easy one. Buy mini sweet pickles(I think they are gherkins) spread cream cheese inside a piece of prosciutto and wrap around the pickle. They sound kind of gross but they are addicting!

They ARE addicting. We also do it with Garlic dills and salami. Cut the pickle into spears, spread the cream cheese on the salami and wrap around the pickle. It's strange and good!
