- mashed potatoes with sauteed mushrooms and onions.
- scalloped potatoes
- mac n' cheese.
- pasta with alfredo sauce.
- warm cheese tortellini salad (mixed veggies and cubed mozzarella with vinaigrette)

Whenever my mother used to make meatloaf she would put chopped potatoes and sliced onion in the pan around the meatloaf to cook with it.

DH is doing low carb, so I usually cut up butternut squash and fresh green beans and put them in the roaster with the meatloaf.

rice
macaroni salad
twice-baked potatoes
baked potatoes
roasted potatoes
mashed potatoes
potato gratin
and one of these:
salad
marinated tomato salad
sauteed sugar snap peas
burnt broccoli
sliced cucumber

OMG...my mom use to do this. I haven't had it like this in about 20 yrs!
I've been making it with green beans and sweet potato fries.

my meatloaf has ketchup on it and red sauce around it... we usually do brown rice or noodles and put the sauce over it. I have also done it with potatoes in the pan with it.

I usually serve meatloaf with some kind of potato ...
roasted red potatoes
mashed red potatoes
baked potatoes
homemade scallopped potatoes but my recipe takes an hour and a half so that's a rare occasion 
And then some kind of roasted veg...
roasted brussel sprouts, brocolli, carrots, or asparagus...or a combination...
