well, it's probably just so you have pretty concentrated urine which will make the test more accurate/easier to read...

This advice I have to follow..I just wanted to test so bad!!! I think It was only 3 hours!!! So Now I am gonna be holding it and waiting to test in the afternoon!!!  So that would make it..2:30 but I am gonna wait till 3Pm!!!
