Need an answer to a question quickly please!!!!
I normally take my shot (stimms) around 7:30. Can I do it earlier, like at 4:30? I have no one to do it after that and I don't think I can do it myself (I tried but can't seem to do it, I chicken out before the needle hits my skin).

Imo not a prob. They say to do it within a 2 hour window so one day a bit earlier is no big deal xo

I always did it 7:30/8:00, but got stuck a cycle and had to do it earlier, around the time you are wanting to. It didn't effect anything.
