Trying to determine what DPO I am?
I got my first :) on Saturday 11/19 at 9pm, had it all day Sunday 11/20 and Monday 11/21 AM. I had some serious cramps on 11/20. Which day do I consider O? The day I had cramps? The day after I had cramps??

i would think you O'd on 11/20 which would make you 10DPO
