Baking brownies in advance?
We have a holiday party to attend Fri night and I will be baking brownies, and decorating them as Christmas Trees
Will they stay fresh if I bake them Thursday night, and decorate them Fri? Should I keep them in tupperware?
I won't have time to bake and decorate them after work Fri with making dinner, getting myself ready and DD ready for bed before we leave.

Re: Baking brownies in advance?
They'll definitely be fine overnight. Just keep them in an airtight container.

I always line the container with aluminum.. for some reason, it keeps it moist.

Throw a piece of bread into the airtight container with them. It will absorb the moisture in the air and keep the brownies (or any baked goods ) moist.
