Re: Poll of the Week 11/28/11

I would LOVE to do major reno, but that isn't going to happen for years. Would love to get my bathroom re-done, but DH keeps adding things that our tax refund should take care of and that has somehow dropped off the list. Need a new roof, but that's probably a few years off. Just got siding last year.

So within the next two years, I can see us doing something with the landscaping. Nothing too major, but we've been here for 5 years, it is time to do something with our gardens. And between me and my one neighbor there are a ton of trees and bushes (that are on my property). I want to get rid of some of those bushes and replace them with rose bushes.

Landscaping....our property needs to be regraded in the back, we need to find a solution for grass to grow in the front without crab grass being taken over and I would love a brick patio in the back for hosting BBQs.

When we bought our house 3 years ago, we renovated the entire inside. The outside was neglected for a loooong time, so we are starting to work on that now. We did the stoop, walkway and driveway over the summer. We are planning to landscape and put up PVC fencing in the spring!

We just did a whole lot of renovations. In our main house-Bayside We did the sidewalk, walkway and stoop. Painted the house and new screen doors. New garage doors and painted the garage. In our 2nd home we resided, got new living room set and am in the process of putting hardwood floors throughout the house and redoing the master bath.

Or next project is the kitchen and bath in our Bayside home. Not totally renovating just paint and regrout.
